Happy National Crafting and Crochet Month!
I’m so happy to be participating in the Crochetville Blog Tour! The theme is travel, and while I haven’t been able to go on a real life trip this month, I’d thought I’d take you on a small tour of my little corner of the internet.
First Stop: Crochet and Knitting Patterns
Did you know that I’m a designer? While I do have patterns published in books and magazines, the majority of my patterns are available as online, digital downloads. I have a mix of crochet, knitting, and Tunisian crochet patterns. You can find them all at my Ravelry store.
All my patterns go through a multi-step process to ensure they’re the best they can be. If you ever have a question about anything in one of my patterns, just contact me for help. That’s part of the Poetry in Yarn guarantee.
Second Stop: Seaming Crochet Online Class
Did you know that I’m a teacher? I do a lot of teaching locally, but if you’re not from the Connecticut area, we can still learn together! I have an online class on Craftsy called Seaming Crochet. It’s all about learning more than 7 different seaming techniques, with variations, and when to use which technique to get fantastic results. Here’s a video I put together to show you just some of what there is to learn.
Craftsy has tons of classes on almost every topic you can imagine from crochet to knitting to cooking to quilting and more. They’re having a huge 50% off sale on all their classes and TODAY (3/28/2016) is the last day!
