Let’s kick off the 5th Annual Knitting and Crochet Blog Week with a day in the life of the Filet à Papillons Shawl.
8am: Lounge around in my project bag while Lindsey gets her act together.
11:30am: I get a nice touch up steam blocking….it’s like going to a spa. Oooh la la! Then I’m gently packed away in a travel bag.
3:30pm: Photo shoot time! Where’s my stylist?! It’s time to work it for the camera!
8pm: Yawn! Such a full day. Now I get placed in a new bag. I get to curl up here until trunk show day. In the meantime, hopefully people will show me some love on Ravelry.
What a lovely shawl! It sure sounds like it was a great day.
Now that’s a fun way to write a pattern introduction – I love it!
The shawl is darling too, especially the butterflies.
And you have a nifty steamer … I need to get one. 🙂
Nicely done!
Lovely shawl and a very professional model !
It’s actually my husband’s. He uses it so he can go longer in between dry cleaning bills.
Thanks!
