So it’s February 29th and one last extra special day in the Blog Extravaganza month celebrating 2 years of Poetry in Yarn.
You may remember my post from a while back talking about Lavishea Lotion Bars. They are lotion in bar form made from unrefined natural shea butter and they come in a wide variety of scents. I love my lotion bars and especially the fact that they are TSA friendly – I can keep them in my carry on when I travel.
Nancy, the lovely lady behind Lavishea, has provided 5 lotion bars for today’s giveaway. (*waves* Thanks, Nancy!) Pictured from left top to bottom right, they are Japanese Cherry Blossom, Lavender, Jasmine Vanilla, Aloe & Green Clover, and Plumeria.
For a chance to win, leave a comment below before 11:59pm EST on Monday, March 5th. I’ll randomly choose five winners from the entries and send them each a Lavishea Lotion Bar. Winner’s names (first name and last initial) will be posted on the Blog Extravaganza Giveaway Page. This giveaway is open internationally.
This would be awesome to keep in the project bag…no worries of it spilling on my work! I sure hope I am a lucky winner!
These are my favorite. Discovered them a few years ago at my farmer’s market. They last forever too.
I just love the Lavishea I bought at Stitches East… Could always use a refill!
I would love to try this!
They sound wonderful!
I would love to try these. My hands get so dry in the winter! Thanks for the giveaway.
Wow – they look and sound great! Love the idea of a solid lotion – I usually don’t use lotion because I can’t stand the greasy feeling…this would be awesome to try!
Oh, I love shea butter and the cherry blossom sounds very lovely!
Awesome, they all sound yummy!
I love lavishea. A friend gave me my first bar two years ago. I checked their new scents at Stitches West last weekend and would love to have an of them!!
I adore my lotion bar which I got in a swap. I absolutely love it.
I love Lavishea! I convinced my Local Yarn Store (FiberSpace) to carry them and she has sold a lot! I gave them to all of my kids, even my son, for Christmas! Excited to get the new fragrance Japanese Cherry Blossom! They are fabulous to use right before knitting as there is no greasy residue, just yummy smelling lotion!
I love Lavishea….I keep one in my knittng basket and one next to my bed! My favorite so far is the winterberry, but I would love to try the Plumeria!
Lavishea is a wonderful product. Fell in love with this a couple of years ago, Security at Cancun Airport gave it a thorough inspection and a thumbs up!
I love using Lavishea-It helps so much while knitting and doesn’t transfer on to the fibers. Lavishea really keeps your hands soft and not greasy. The Best Lotion Bars!!!!
