This may not be the prettiest food picture I’ve posted, but it sure does taste good.
Cut a bagel in half (these used sun dried tomato bagels) and scoop out some of the inside of the bread so you have a sort of bagel shell. Fill with hummus, sprouts, and matchstick carrots. You can also add avocado if you’d like.
Since I was making these for a party, I cut each bagel sandwich into six pieces for a bite size offering.
